I believe any one could benefit from counseling at different times in their life. We go through many natural transitions,
such as age, relationships, children, careers, etc. These transitions can be unexpected moments that my be difficult
and one we may not want to face alone and/or may want a more objective point of view.
Counseling can provide an objective and safe place for one to process their thoughts.
